About The Position

BITS Preparatory Academy is a small, inclusive private learning program focused on individualized instruction, life skills, and whole-child development. We support both general education learners and students needing additional academic or behavioral support. We are seeking a Certified K–12 Teacher to lead a small-group lower elementary (KG-2nd) classroom beginning in our Summer Learning Program and continuing into the Fall school year. The Certified Teacher will provide differentiated instruction for a small group of students, focusing on academics, life skills, and individualized learning. This role collaborates with behavioral support staff to ensure student success.

Requirements

• Active Teaching Certificate (K–12 or Elementary Education)
• Florida certification preferred
• RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain required credentials within first 90 days
