About The Position

Creative STEAM is seeking an energetic and experienced Elementary Teacher to lead a 2nd Grade Class. This part-time, on-site role involves assessing students' academic levels, designing instruction for individual and group needs, developing curriculum, teaching elementary subjects, facilitating communication, and creating an inclusive learning environment. The goal is to foster a love of exploration and discovery through interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
Problem-solving and mediation skills
Teaching Credential Multi-Subject
