About The Position
At Brightmont Academy, we focus on one-to-one instruction for students in grades 1-12. Since 1999, we have helped students achieve their full potential through personalized learning. With 25 campuses across 10 states, we foster a nurturing, student-centered environment where meaningful learning occurs daily. Our 1:1 teaching model allows teachers to be the star of the show, tailoring lessons to individual student needs and learning styles. Teachers guide students to mastery using a gradual release approach, building confidence and academic success. We eliminate the stress of lesson planning, parent conferences, and endless grading, allowing educators to focus solely on inspiring their students. Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in your subject area (English, Social Studies, History, Government, Economics).
- Patience & Empathy: Understanding that every student learns differently and commitment to supporting them.
- A genuine passion to share your subject with the next generation.
- Proficiency using G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS).
- Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA, only) and pass a federal background check.

- Advanced degree in a specific subject area of expertise.
- Previous one-to-one teaching experience.
