About The Position
The School District of Borough of Morrisville seeks a fall semester substitute position for a 4th Grade Elementary Teacher. The position is from September 5, 2026, with an end date to be determined in October. This role requires a candidate who is innovative, progressive, and capable of working collaboratively with students of all ages, faculty, parents, and administrators.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania Certification in Elementary K-6
- Successful classroom experience
- Computer literacy necessary
- PA State Police Clearance (Act 33)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- FBI Fingerprints (Act 114)
- Arrest/Conviction Report (Act 24) (within the last year)
- PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure (Act 168) (within the last year)
- School Health Record, including a physical (within a year) and TB test (within 3 months)
Responsibilities
- Teach 4th-grade elementary students.
- Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrators.
