About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1 year working with kids in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.).
• Completed 48+ college credit hours.
• Confident in managing a classroom of students.
• Willing to step in where needed.
• Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments).
• Believe every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world.

Responsibilities

• Substitute teaching in elementary classrooms.
• Creating powerful moments that shift students’ perception of what’s possible.
• Lunch/recess supervision.
• Hallway monitoring.
• Tutoring.
• Proctoring during testing season.
