About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Elementary Sports Coaches to lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sports classes for preschool and elementary-aged children. In this role, you will teach fundamental sports skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and respect. You will create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment using positive reinforcement, ensuring the safety and well-being of every participant. You will follow our established curriculum while bringing your own enthusiasm and personality to each session, and build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and school staff, representing our brand with professionalism.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a sports, coaching, education, childcare, or camp setting.
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping kids build confidence through sports.
An energetic, positive personality with the ability to engage and motivate children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work at least three weekdays from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
Reliable transportation to travel between program locations.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
