Partnership Academy is a public charter school located in Richfield, serving students in preschool through 8th grade. The special education teacher will collaborate to provide instruction aligned with students' IEP goals, focusing on reading, writing, and math, typically working with 1st through 4th grade teams. This role involves case managing approximately 10-15 students and completing due process work. The school encourages continuous professional growth through weekly professional development, observations, and feedback. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including speech/language pathologists, social workers, occupational therapists, classroom teachers, intervention teachers, and associate educators, and will be engaged in collaborative teaching and mentoring systems.
Requirements
- Minnesota Teaching License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide exceptional instruction aligned to students’ IEP goals, particularly in reading, writing, and math.
- Work with one or two grade level teams from 1st through 4th grades.
