About The Position
BridgePrep Academy Osceola is seeking a dedicated Elementary Spanish Teacher to deliver engaging, standards-aligned language instruction. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by Spanish language immersion, technology, and cultural appreciation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in World Language – Spanish (Grades K–12) or Elementary Education with Spanish proficiency.
- Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
Nice To Haves
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency.
- Prior elementary language teaching experience.
- ESOL Endorsement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive elementary Spanish lessons focused on language acquisition, conversation, foundational literacy, and cultural awareness.
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels.
- Participate in weekly coaching and PD.
- Submit lesson plans and student data on time.
- Maintain open communication with families.
