Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children and families
- Regular interaction with children in classroom and play settings; moderate activity required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- experience in a school setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group play sessions to support student development
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and staff to schedule and track sessions
- Maintain documentation, progress notes, and communicate student needs
- Attend meetings, consultations, and trainings to enhance services
- Support a safe and nurturing environment for every child
- Serves as a role model in carrying out activities and behaviors that reflect the values and principles of the Boys Town mission.
