The teacher will administer discipline, ensure student safety, and assist in selecting instructional materials. Maintaining professional relationships and open communication with students, parents, and colleagues is crucial. The role requires participation in staff development, professional improvement, and adherence to all state, district, and school regulations and policies. This includes compiling and filing required documents, attending faculty meetings, and serving on staff committees.
