This educator designs and delivers engaging, priority standards-aligned instruction grounded in rigorous and consistent Tier One practices to meet the diverse needs of all learners. In alignment with the district's MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) framework, the teacher uses data to inform instruction, monitor progress, and provide targeted support during dedicated intervention time to ensure student success. Strong, ongoing communication with families is essential, with an emphasis on partnership and collaboration. Active participation in the teacher's Professional Learning Team is an essential component of this role. Above all, we are seeking an educator who creates an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment while inspiring students to develop the skills, confidence, and character needed for success in school and beyond.
