About The Position

As an Electropolishing Technician, you will be a critical first step in our high-tech manufacturing process. You will handle specialized metal cleaning (aqueous and solvent-based), help ensure parts meet the highest standards, and keep production moving smoothly. This role involves working with cutting-edge cleaning equipment, reading blueprints and instructions, loading components, choosing the right cleaning program, and performing hand-cleaning for more complex parts. You will also be responsible for packaging components, moving them to the next team, keeping equipment calibrated and clean, using tools like SPC charts for quality control, assisting with and training teammates, and logging work using basic computer functions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Comfort using computers
• Ability to follow written instructions
• A great attitude and the drive to learn and grow
