About The Position

Sentara CarePlex Hospital, in Hampton, VA, is currently hiring an Electrophysiology Specialist. This is a full time, day shift position. Hours Monday – Friday: Four/10 hour shifts per week No call! No Weekends! Overview The Electrophysiology (EP) Specialist assists the physician during diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures and device implants. Provides patient care to all electrophysiology patients, including acquisition and reduction of all pertinent information related to their procedure. Also provides didactic and clinical training.

Requirements

Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), Reg Cardio Invasive Spec (RCIS) or registry eligible (Required)
BLS
ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

Graduate of a cardiovascular technology program or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
1 year of related experience (Preferred)
