About The Position
Electronics Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, repairing, and troubleshooting of the electronic systems of machinery utilized to fabricate aerospace engine parts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated on the job experience of maintenance and repair of electronic systems within machinery is required
- Demonstrated knowledge of PLC’s
- Demonstrated knowledge of reading schematics
Nice To Haves
- Education in Electronic Technology or related field is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of robotics is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electronic aspects of CNC Controls, resistance welding equipment and fusion welding equipment
- Perform LOTO as required
- Work in confined spaces and aboveground on scissor lifts, ladders, and other various pieces of equipment as needed
- Daily communication with employees at all levels of the organization and vendors when needed
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Walking and/or standing 8 or more hours per shift
- All other duties as assigned
