Requirements

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
  • Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and automation systems
  • Solid understanding of motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
  • A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems (AC/DC circuits, motors, VFDs, control panels)
  • Diagnose issues on PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control layouts
  • Support PLC and HMI troubleshooting and system improvements
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
  • Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and LOTO requirements
