About The Position

CACI is seeking an Electronics Technician to join a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The position is based in our Melbourne, FL, office with occasional travel to Fairfax, Virginia. The selected candidate will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, test debugging/troubleshooting, and rework evaluation of complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies. The candidate will be instrumental in the assembly/testing, debugging, and rework of products during pre-delivery integration, acceptance test, and delivery phases of the product life cycle. Duties will include, but not be limited to Test, Assembly, Troubleshooting, Rework, and reading and understanding schematics. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team and independently, take initiative, and work well with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• US citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirement
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as an electronics technician
• Ability to lift and carry 25-45 lbs.
• Experience troubleshooting RF and digital circuitry
• Experience using multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Working knowledge of radiofrequency or electronic warfare
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend detailed written and verbal instructions, assembly instructions, test procedures, schematics, and other engineering documentation

Nice To Haves

• SECRET clearance
• Minimum 5-10 years Troubleshooting CCAs to the component level
• IPC-A610 certification
• Experience with electronic systems test and evaluation
• Strong attention to detail
