About The Position

The Electronics Technician will be responsible for scheduling and completing all electrical and electronic system work in the test cells, including calibration of test cell sensors. This role involves wiring harness and extension creation from drawings, diagnosing electrical equipment issues, and performing repairs on automotive and aerospace electronics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical school
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive electronics, aerospace electronics or circuit diagnostics
• Repair, build and soldering wire harnesses experience is a MUST
• Mechanical experience and automotive electronic diagnostic experience is required
• Computer literacy in MS Windows

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Electronics preferred
• Prior race car electronics experience is a plus
• Test equipment and high voltage systems experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete all electrical and electronic system work in the test cells.
• Calibration of test cell sensors.
• Wiring harness and wiring extensions starting from a drawing.
• Diagnose electrical related equipment issues.
