About The Position

Fabricate, repair, and maintain electronics systems and equipment. Create prototypes based on schematics, engineering drawings, complex manuals, and other technical documentation. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision, and provide guidance for less experienced team members.

Requirements

Experience maintaining air traffic control radars, including AN-30 or GPN-30
Experience with an FAA or military radar analysis tool, including Radar Siting Tool, WinPlot, WRTADS, RBAT, ASR-11 Radar Tool Box, RADES RS4, DRAMS Radar Propagation, or Radar Cross Section Modeling Tool
Experience with wind turbine mitigation
Ability to research new technologies
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience with air traffic control
Ability to perform leadership and maintenance tasks
Completion of a Technical Apprentice Program in Electronics or Military Formal Electronics Training from a Technical School or Military School in Electronics for Radar Systems
