The Electronics Technician Maintenance III is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, modification, and maintenance of complex electronic systems and equipment. This role requires extensive technical expertise to analyze and resolve non-routine issues that cannot be addressed solely through manufacturer documentation. The successful candidate will independently evaluate circuitry, perform advanced circuit analysis, utilize sophisticated electronic test equipment, implement engineering changes, and ensure all work meets established quality and safety standards. In addition, this position provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians while supporting the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical electronic systems. The RLSC was established in 2014 to provide depot level maintenance repairs, sustainment, and training for all Army units and customers outside the Army. The RLSC is the Department of War's (DoW) sole provider of government repair and maintenance for its robotic fleet across all service branches. To successfully provide these services, the RLSC must maintain a fully staffed Technical, Management, and Logistics organization capable of responding to the current and future robotic systems needs of the Joint Warfighter, including program management, maintenance, repair, training, warehousing, logistics, and engineering support services to troops both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
