About The Position

This position is responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components, alarm systems, light systems, building electrical systems, and sound systems. The Electronics Technician installs and maintains telephone systems, radio communication systems, communications lines, including ride PA systems and speakers and wiring for park area sound, various digital and microprocessor controlled devices, video surveillance systems, and electronic shooting galleries. They will repair, overhaul, troubleshoot, modify, fabricate, and test various types of electronic equipment and related devices, such as animatronic controls and park lighting systems. This role also involves troubleshooting these systems and all electronic wiring circuits, taking test readings, and using tools and common test instruments. The technician will adhere to and enforce all park policies and procedures, including safety, attendance, and EEO policies, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Electronics Technician Certification
  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Basic knowledge of electronics installation and maintenance, including sound system installation and setup, lighting hanging, cable dressing, and animatronic controls
  • Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
