About The Position

Work on state-of-the-art oven-controlled crystal oscillators and RF components. Support production testing using automated test equipment and various types of test equipment, including multimeters, frequency counters, and spectrum analyzers. Document and certify testing to military standards using approved acceptance test procedures.

The role performs product testing and reporting, maintains electronic equipment, and assists with circuit troubleshooting. It also helps ensure products progress through testing sequences on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, with knowledge of manufacturing procedures and practices.
• Ability to perform shop floor or production-related activities.
• Ability to sit and/or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Technical degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
