Requirements

5+ years of automotive manufacturing and automotive electrical system experience
Experience in programming and machine controls or electronics validation and testing
Experience in working with electronic tools, crimpers, strippers, soldering irons, and heat guns
Comprehensive understanding of motorsport automotive grade electronics and motorsport automotive grade wiring
Competency and comprehensive understanding are working with basic hand tools, cutting tools, air tools, and electric grinders
Understanding of engine management system and Power Distribution Modules

Responsibilities

Provides feedback to Production Supervisor on performance and growth of each team member
Trains new/lower grade technicians on processes and procedures
Validate the correct operation of each system to verify operation and performance of electrical
Supporting the Electronic Team and End of Line Technicians with electrical and mechanical diagnostics to improve quality measures
Works with Lead and Production Supervisor to ensure production demands meets the specified production schedule
