Requirements
- Proficient with Digital Multimeters
- High degree of hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Technical ability to read and follow work instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere
- Ability and willingness to learn and improve
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, LCR Meters, and similar equipment
- IPC training or certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnose PCBA electronic faults to the component level with or without schematics.
- Familiarity with reading, understanding, and using schematics to troubleshoot electronic components.
- Assemble and rework electronic assemblies and components
- Perform precision microscope work
- Examine component parts for defects
- Participate in industry leading Quality Management System
- Use of web interface system to track tasks and accomplishments
