About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Electronics Repair & Refurbishment Technician to join our team in Gravette, AR. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and test a wide range of hardware and software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Microsoft Operating System (Windows) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to use inventory software, databases, and systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment effectively.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Pallet jack experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix issues with a variety of computer-related hardware, such as servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems.
Follow customer contracts for warranty and internal repairs while performing maintenance on equipment in accordance with set agreements.
Keep accurate inventory and repair records using inventory software and databases to meet both company and customer expectations.
Strictly follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.
Communicate clearly with your Supervisor about equipment needs.
Assist in moving, sorting, and loading/unloading goods up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and carry out other assigned duties as needed.
