About The Position

Electronics Engineering Technician responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and calibration of electronic test and measurement equipment. This role includes component-level diagnostics, repair of returned units, and supporting production through final assembly and testing.

Requirements

2–4 years of electronics or electrical troubleshooting experience
Strong understanding of circuit analysis and electronic theory
Ability to read and interpret schematics
Experience troubleshooting to the component level
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and similar diagnostic tools
Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
Willingness to work overtime (5–10 hours/week as needed)
Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology (BSEET, BSEE, or similar)
Experience with SMT soldering and de-soldering (basic repair level acceptable)

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot PCB assemblies to the component level using schematics and diagnostic tools
Perform final assembly (“box build”), testing, and calibration of electronic equipment
Diagnose failing components and complete repairs rather than replacing full assemblies
Repair, test, and recalibrate units returned from the field
Read and interpret electrical schematics for troubleshooting and circuit analysis
Maintain production documentation, repair logs, and inventory records
Work independently to identify root causes and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments as needed
