In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead laboratory priorities and activities as a team lead, ensuring testing, calibration, maintenance, and reporting activities align with organizational goals and performance expectations. Drive accurate and timely analyses, data acquisition, and interpretation to support informed technical and business decisions. Maintain and optimize electronic engineering tools and standard and specialized test equipment to ensure reliability, readiness, and compliance. Provide technical leadership in planning, scheduling, and executing testing activities on electronic systems and vehicles. Develop, apply, and advance test methods to enhance laboratory capabilities and expand the effective use of specialized analytical instruments. Elevate team capability by mentoring and training technicians on advanced equipment, analytical techniques, and test methodologies. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by interfacing management, engineers, customers, suppliers, and other teams, including delivering technical presentations. Promote continuous improvement and quality by leading audits, corrective actions, and improvement projects while adapting to evolving priorities and new challenges.
