The primary responsibility of the Electronics Debugging Specialist is to moderate the testing, analysis, and repair of Unigen's products and systems.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or similar expertise
A minimum of two years’ experience in SMT, PCBA, or related fields
Adept with communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, and more
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex circuit diagrams
Familiarity with SMT processes, IPC standards, and various diagnostic tools

Responsibilities

Moderate the testing, analysis, and repair of products and systems
Handle electronic test devices, like oscilloscopes, to run specialized evaluations as needed
Accurately report any findings from test procedures and in-progress diagnostics
Troubleshoot and rectify any issues with malfunctioning equipment
Conduct system analysis to identify root causes of defects
Ensure timely repair and validation of work-in-progress items
Perform Comprehensive Failure Analysis
File detailed reports on any test mishaps and suggest improvements
Apply in-circuit tests to assess component-level issues
Use X-ray technology for intricate debugging processes
Collaborate with engineers for intensive debugging concerns
