About The Position

The Manual Assembly / Soldering & Housing [MASH] - Electronics Assembler will be a technical resource responsible for assembling miniature printed circuit assemblies, setting up auto assembly machines and operating computerized test systems. Additionally, the electronics assembler will perform visual quality assurance of assemblies completed in the auto assembly process. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ electronics assembly experience
  • Ability to solder high density miniature circuits under a microscope @ 10x magnification
  • Must read and understand assembly instructions
  • Ability to perform miniature detailed assembly work
  • Inspect electronics assemblies
  • Practical understanding of electronic components
  • Troubleshoot products in manufacturing
  • Ability to work with a microscope and various assembly tools
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Manual Dexterity Evaluation: Be able to manually solder under the microscope [10X magnification], Qty=2 units [a SMT IMU cube assembly and thru-hole assembly component.
