About The Position

TT Electronics is seeking an entry-level Electronics Assembly Operator I to join its production team in Olathe, Kansas. The role involves assembling electronic components and products for aerospace, defense, industrial, and other high-reliability markets. No electronics experience is required; training is provided for dependable, safety-focused candidates who are eager to learn. Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour, with the final offer based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit. Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR because the position supports products subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, assembly, soldering, or inspection experience is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
Perform assembly operations such as wire preparation, taping, trimming, connector preparation, and material handling.
Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect work for quality and workmanship standards.
Follow established manufacturing processes and standard work.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work closely with team members and production leaders to meet customer requirements.
