About The Position

Rally Point Management, LLC has a vacancy for an Electronic Warfare (EW) test engineer, located in Sunny Northwest Florida. You can live in the spectacular area of Destin and Ft. Walton Beach, while supporting Eglin Air Force Base Electronic Warfare (EW) missions. Duties: This exciting work supports the United States Air Force mission to optimize operational EW system capabilities installed on United States Air Force fighter aircraft, bomber aircraft, Information, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft, and Combat, Search and Rescue (CSAR) aircraft. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and sustaining EW assessments for USAF fighter and bomber aircraft by performing the following duties. Participate in testing and identifying vulnerabilities in USAF EW defensive systems on fighter, bomber, rescue, and mobility aircraft Perform data analysis and collaborate with team to interpret test data and identify system behavior Develop assessment strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution plans Conduct research, develop test plans, execute field testing, analyze data, and report results Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of test data, within strict security and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Require a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited university in Electrical or Electronics engineering or related discipline, such as math or science.
  • Master's degree is desired
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining and retaining up to a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with radar, radar warning receivers, missile warning systems, and active countermeasures
  • Knowledge of aircraft avionics systems
  • Knowledge of Systems development, Systems Engineering and Integration
  • Test & Evaluation (T&E) experience; Operational T&E experience preferred
  • Experience with physics-based and effects-based modeling and simulation (M&S)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • 10+ years of experience desired
