About The Position

Peraton seeks an Electronic Warfare Planner to provide Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER)’s Technology and Innovation Center (ArCTIC) with technical expertise supporting the development of Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA) capability for ARCYBER, the Army, and US Cyber Command. The role involves modernizing CEMA capability, identifying capability gaps, defining solutions, and documenting operational requirements. The planner will analyze CEMA requirements and gaps to advise government sponsors on capability modernization for the warfighter. Additionally, the position leverages Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum methodologies for software delivery and uses systems engineering principles to translate operational requirements into program backlog items. Proficiency with Atlassian Jira/Confluence for requirements management, including dashboards and integration with ARCYBER Campaign Support Plan and VADER, is expected.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate with 14 years, HS with 16 years of experience.
  • Must have an understanding of EW technologies, capabilities, and operations.
  • Technical experience and background in Cyber and Electromagnetic Activity (CEMA).
  • Able to provide operational, systems and technical subject matter expertise and perform research, writing, and staffing of issues in support of agencies and organizations analyzing and performing the Army's CEMA.
  • Experience in providing in the development, proposal, coordination, and implementation of CEMA strategies.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • TS/SCI with ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph and meet all NSA security requirements including the Special Interview Program (SIP) adjudication process.

Responsibilities

  • Use specialized technical and operational expertise to modernize CEMA capability
  • Coordinate to identify capability gaps and define required solutions.
  • Document and communicate CEMA operational requirements to PEOs, PMs, etc.
  • Analyze CEMA capability requirements and capability gaps to advise and assist government sponsors in orchestrating capability modernization in support of the warfighter.
  • Leverage Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum methodologies to increase the frequency of delivery and operational value of DCO and IA software to operations.
  • Leverage systems engineering principles and thinking to support the decomposition of operational requirements into discrete program backlog items.
  • Leverage Atlassian Jira/Confluence for requirements management, including dashboards and integration with ARCYBER Campaign Support Plan and VADER.
