Serve as the primary technical authority for characterizing and assessing foreign Electronic Warfare (EW) operations, threat environments, and technical requirements. Responsible for conducting sophisticated, predictive analysis of both current and projected adversary air and ground-based EW architectures to identify and mitigate emergent threats to the National Security Space Enterprise. Utilize a deep technical mastery of EW system architectures, networks, and signal technologies to leverage specialized Intelligence Community (IC) databases and analytic tools. Integrate EW into the targeting, planning, and overall military strategy. Extract, evaluate, and synthesize complex data sets into high-fidelity, technical intelligence that directly underpins space protection initiatives. Develop authoritative foreign EW Orders of Battle and specialized intelligence designed to optimize defensive and offensive postures across the joint force. Evaluate the vulnerabilities inherent in battlefield communication networks, specifically identifying adversary Electronic Attack (EA) tactics engineered to degrade, disrupt, or defeat Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) architectures. Actively engage with IC partners to formulate integrated analytical strategies, solicit specialized insights, and drive collaborative research initiatives. Identify critical intelligence gaps or specific threat information needs and leverage standard IC tasking protocols and Request for Information (RFI) mechanisms to direct targeted collection and supplementary analysis. Author and coordinate threat assessment products on foreign EW systems combining intelligence information and Department of Defense (DoW) technical and operations analysis in collaboration with IC and DoW partners.
