About The Position
Cor-Vanama Solutions dba Consumer Directions, Inc. is a Financial Management Service (FMS) that provides payroll and administrative support to individuals in various Minnesota Department of Human Services programs. The goal is to help participants remain in their homes with the paid assistance of family members and friends. This is a full-time, hourly, in-office position within the Human Resources Department at the St. Cloud location. This specialized role focuses on the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) platform used by external CDI employees to clock work time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, stays positive while navigating new scenarios daily, is proficient, a self-motivator, adaptable, and can provide exceptional customer service in an evolving, fast-paced environment. - Some data entry experience
- Upon hire, all candidates must pass a state-run background check and complete fingerprinting.
- Upon hire, candidates will be subject to a driving record check and must possess a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Attend DHS webinars and trainings on EVV, and provide relevant information to Leadership and internal staff
- Develop EVV training materials and provide training to users who are new to EVV both external and internal
- Offer support to internal and external users, by phone, in person, and electronically, who are having difficulty with the EVV App
- Troubleshoot and answer questions regarding EVV situations
- Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for internal New Hires
- Enter and maintain contact information and changes in various software for CDI staff and other professionals
