About The Position
Openwork is currently seeking multiple Electronic Technicians to join a fast-paced team in Taylor, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of various electrical components.
Requirements
- Legal work status in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to sit or stand on your feet all day, bend, and stoop.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design verification and functional tests on various products; accurately record data and assist in developing automated testing programs.
- Diagnose issues down to the component level using testing procedures, schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform minor circuit modifications to meet specifications and build test equipment/setups (with assistance).
- Assist Quality Engineering with failure analysis and ensure all testing equipment remains calibrated, maintained, and ready for use.
- Inform management and project engineers of work progress, assist in estimating testing timelines, and provide customer technical assistance on unit setups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
