V2X has a requirement for an Electronic Technician, Maintenance I on the Warfighter-Training Readiness Solutions (W-TRS) to support at the Digital Ranges Training Systems (DRTS) at Fort Greely, AK. The Electronic Technician, Maintenance I applies basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions, performs such tasks as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes. This person works under close supervision receiving technical guidance from supervisor or higher-level technician. Work is checked frequently for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must possess the manual dexterity to handle, manipulate, and feel objects, tools, and controls using the hands and fingers.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, hear and understand English.
  • Valid State Driver’s License and retain Post Driving Privileges.
  • Must be able to acquire a Government Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Associate's degree plus one (1) of professional experience OR High School / No Degree with two (2) years of professional experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a NACI clearance.
