This role involves assembling, troubleshooting, connecting, and testing electronic assemblies of basic to moderate complexity. The position is for the 2nd shift, from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. As an Electronic Technician I, you will assemble junction boxes, electronic controls, and other assemblies according to mechanical and electrical drawings, install and test completed electronic assemblies, and act as an inspector for final electronics checkout. You will also interact with manufacturing to ensure proper installation and test of completed electronic assemblies, participate in wiring diagram/interconnect drawing reviews, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies for production and aftermarket support. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations is essential. You will conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently and contribute to team effort by training others in performance of moderately complex electronic assembly tasks as needed. Documenting actions by completing production and quality forms is also required.
