Join the ALMACO service team as our new Electronic Tech Support Specialist. This position is responsible for providing support to customers, external and internal, via phone or other messaging platforms specific to ALMACO specialized research products. The Electronic Support Specialist assists Engineering and Quality Control Departments in the testing of new and modified research equipment to be subject matter expert for the service department. They maintain internal documents, records, and reports to share information departmentally and amass data on ALMACO products in the field. This person assists with diagnostics and problem solving of high priority or large-scale items and proactively contributes suggestions and ideas for improvements to ALMACO products and processes.
