The Electronic Systems Technician is responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting assigned systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. The position provides technical expertise for system implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and lifecycle support while ensuring compliance with Government security and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance (minimum requirement).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct hands-on experience administering, maintaining, or supporting the specific systems for which the individual is responsible.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and sustaining enterprise systems in a secure environment.
- Experience supporting Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD) systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain assigned enterprise systems.
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Resolve technical issues and support end users as required.
- Ensure compliance with Government security policies and procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records.
- Support system testing, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
