About The Position

This is a back-office role where accuracy meets efficiency to ensure seamless digital banking experiences for customers. The Electronic Services Representative will be responsible for processing ACH and Wire Transactions and supporting online banking platforms, directly contributing to the institution's performance and reputation. The role is located in the Operations Center in Gettysburg, PA.

Requirements

• Prior banking experience is a must
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Solid technical and analytical skills
• Comfort using banking platforms and systems
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Team-first attitude
• High school diploma

Nice To Haves

• Wire transfer knowledge
• Additional education in business or information technology preferred
