The Electronic Services Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties within Electronic Services Department (E-Branch). Handles processing, inquiries, and adjustments for plastic cards, mobile banking, and various electronic services/products. Who You Are A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to read and interpret loan documents and related regulations, policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Able to organize and prioritize workflow. Knowledge of Windows based software and other applications. Able to perform intermediate mathematical functions.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in a financial institution or lending environment required.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Any combination of education, training or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Digital banking experience helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve account holder issues related to card adjustments, usage, disputes, and lost or stolen cards.
  • Assist with opening online accounts.
  • Serve as backup for other department duties.
  • Work with branches on ATM-related issues.
  • Answer online banking and card inquiries.
