Work Location: Bradenton, FL.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Current and Valid Florida LPN/RN License required
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an LPN/RN required
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience using an Electronic Health Record System required
  • Valid driver's license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and monitor operations

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and support preferred
  • Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a resource person for EHR-specific practice management requirements used to develop documentation, reporting, billing, and workflows.
  • Assists with developing and maintaining the Policy and Procedures for the EHR system
  • Merges EHR Records
  • Assist with the reconciliation of records
  • Runs and creates reports
  • Responsible for the error queue
  • Assist in managing documents in the system
  • Supports the goals and mission of MCR.
  • Adheres to the safety policy of MCR.
  • Assist with developing training material and supporting the functionality of Athena Communicator
  • Assist with staff logins and password resets for websites.
  • Performs and embraces other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Verify with the EHR Manager before any changes are made in the practice system.
  • Fully document any changes that are made in the practice management system.
  • Maintains an open line of communication with the leadership team on the status of MCR operations and key performance indicators as it relates to areas of assigned responsibility.
  • Obtains and maintains any identified certifications
  • Promotes the concept of providing an Exceptional Experience to Everyone, Every Time
  • Completes day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operation of MCR
  • Supports the mission and vision of MCR Health
  • Adheres to all MCR policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned
