Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Electronic Health Records Specialist, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across a multi-state environment. This role serves as a key resource for ensuring the EHR system supports high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency. The EHR Specialist works collaboratively with program leadership, clinical and nursing teams, quality and compliance staff, training teams, and IT to support day-to-day system use, improve workflows, assist with upgrades and enhancements, and promote consistent documentation practices across the organization. Location: Hybrid, expected to be in office/programs at least 3 days per week with travel between sites
