Requirements

  • Experience using standard office productivity software tools
  • Self-starter and critical thinker with experience troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Organized and systematic approach to task management
  • Valid driver’s license/ acceptable driving record
  • Associate degree or 2 years’ experience in a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Web development and/or relational database experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary support for the agency Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Manages support requests that come in from staff via email, tickets, and phone calls.
  • Identifies and documents solutions to routine and non-routine requests and problems.
  • Provides timely resolutions to EHR errors/issues.
  • Provides initial and ongoing training to staff on the EHR system.
  • Implements staff requirements for form creation.
  • Logs and tracks support requests with the EHR vendor.
  • Stays informed of changes to the EHR system via release notes, participation in the user community, and other vendor support resources.
  • Displays a courteous and caring attitude at all times to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors of the Agency.
  • Is dependable and punctual regarding scheduling and attendance.
  • Is prompt and accurate in completing all required reports, statistics and other requirements.
  • Cooperates and collaborates with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff.
  • Abides by all specific program and Agency procedures, policies, and requirements.
  • Performs other program related duties as assigned.
  • Creates, maintains and shares as appropriate a dynamic self-care plan.
  • Strives to make connections between the agency and the larger community whenever possible in order to contribute to the agency’s ongoing fundraising and friend-raising efforts.
  • Essential functions of this job are to be performed on company physical work site.
