About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Hardware Validation Engineer to join our team. This role involves investigating and analyzing electronic hardware failures, performing product validation and verification testing, and ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic hardware failure analysis, troubleshooting, and testing, with hands-on experience using lab equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams to support product development and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Electronic hardware failure analysis & troubleshooting.
• Electronic product validation and testing.
• Test plan review and execution.
• Test report writing and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Electronics product development testing.
• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years in this capacity

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of ECM/ECU systems
• ECM/ECU experience.
• SEAFOAM experience.
• WebPD experience.
• Knowledge of EC-1 and EC-42 standards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze electronic hardware failures.
• Perform product validation and verification testing.
• Execute and review test plans and test reports.
• Track and manage production part returns.
• Document test results, findings, and technical reports.
• Use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies.
• Support ECM/ECU product development and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams.
• Maintain lab equipment, test setups, and documentation.
• Ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance.
