Provide members with quality service and technical and administrative support for the share draft services, electronic funds transfers (EFT), automated clearing house (ACH) functions and VISA Debit Card disputes in a timely, accurate manner. Provide information to members and potential members regarding share drafts and other credit union services. Reconcile accounts in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Process payrolls for SEGS (Select Employee Groups) in a timely manner. The Electronic Banking Specialist will actively participate in supporting deposit and loan growth in conformity with NCUA regulations as well as Credit Union policies and procedures.
