About The Position

We’re looking for a Commercial Electronic Banking Specialist to power up our Electronic Banking Support Division. You’ll be the trusted expert behind the scenes, delivering next-level support for consumer, business, and treasury digital banking services — and elevating the team along the way.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of financial institution experience (including 2 years in electronic banking).
  • Expert-level knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Exceptional communication skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Ability to explain complex digital and regulatory topics in clear, professional language.
  • A passion for delivering “one-touch resolution” and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solver with a keen eye for fraud detection and risk mitigation.
  • Confident leader who can guide others through challenging situations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable navigating core banking systems and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

  • BE THE DIGITAL BANKING EXPERT
  • Master our deposit products, fee schedules, and electronic banking services.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of treasury products and a solid understanding of commercial loans.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by reviewing system updates and FIS bulletins for customer impact.
  • SOLVE COMPLEX CHALLENGES
  • Provide elevated support for branches, call centers, treasury teams, and business customers.
  • Resolve complex digital banking questions with confidence and limited assistance.
  • Detect fraud indicators and protect both customers and the bank.
  • TRAIN & EMPOWER OTHERS
  • Serve as the escalation point for the Electronic Banking Support team.
  • Train internal staff and external customers on electronic services.
  • Support onboarding for Business Online Banking, ACH Origination, Wire Origination, Account Reconciliation, and more.
  • ENSURE ACCURACY & QUALITY
  • Review and approve Business Online Banking registrations and Treasury applications.
  • Perform testing and quality control for quarterly system updates and new services.
  • Complete compliance training and ensure processes meet regulatory standards.
