About The Position

Responsible for assembling electrical equipment, reading and interpreting instructions, assembling parts, and fitting electronic components together on circuit boards. This role involves reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and work orders, and following written instructions and manufacturing process instructions including basic circuit diagrams and charts. The assembler will verify inventory, connect units to test instruments, test functional performance, assemble electrical systems, install components, and check sub-assemblies for completeness and correctness. The position also includes packing finished products for shipment, inspecting assemblies, verifying paperwork, distributing materials, performing manual soldering, and maintaining a clean workstation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and less than one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
