Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to carry out physical functions of the job: stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, stand, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to reach overhead, pull and push to perform work.
- Strong work ethic and good attendance.
- A pre-employment drug screen as well as a background check is required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble various electrical components and devices, working from blueprints, sketches and other established procedures and data.
- Alter parts to suit assemblies as required.
- Inspect, label, pack and identify assemblies as required.
- Sets-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls.
- Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings.
- Select proper raw stocks and checks against blueprint specifications.
- Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets.
- Assist with hanging and removing parts on the powder coat line.
