Requirements

Very detail-oriented, accurate and organized
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work independently and as part of a team
2 or more years soldering SMD experience
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Work at assembler station, using hand tools and solder irons, soldering parts and shields, mechanical assembly and wire prep as directed by Lead or Supervisor.
Must demonstrate the ability to inspect and touch up their own work.
Must have good attendance.
Must demonstrate the ability to do Board Assembly Touch Up.
Must demonstrate the ability to do SMD soldering to an 805-package level as well as IC’s to a 50-mil pitch.
Must demonstrate the ability to make rate and meet current specified workmanship standards within two (2) days.
Good teamwork skills.
Ability to understand and follow work processes.
