They will monitor beam alignment and focus, adjust machine settings to maintain weld quality, and inspect welds using both destructive (DT) and non-destructive (NDT) methods. Documentation of weld parameters and inspection results is crucial for traceability. The role also includes performing routine maintenance on EBW equipment, diagnosing and resolving issues, and keeping accurate maintenance logs. Compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as company policies, is mandatory. Additional related duties may be assigned.
